Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of the JoAnn's Antiques, LLC website and the purchase of any items from our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
All Sales Final All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason, unless grossly misrepresented. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind antique accurately described and photographed to the best of our ability.
Accuracy of Descriptions We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item in our collection. Colors may vary slightly due to photography lighting and monitor settings. Minor variations in appearance are not grounds for a return. All items are represented to the best of our knowledge as genuine antiques or vintage pieces; however, JoAnn's Antiques, LLC is not responsible for third-party appraisals or valuations.
Pricing All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout.
Shipping We ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of each item. All shipments are fully insured. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
Damaged in Transit In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will make the claim with the carrier and provide you with further instructions.
Intellectual Property All content on this website, including photographs, descriptions, and branding, is the property of JoAnn's Antiques, LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
Governing Law These terms and all transactions with JoAnn's Antiques, LLC are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from a purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.
